We process all standard forms of plastic granulation. Our plastic injection molding is customized - rapid prototypes and end-use production parts in 15 days or less. We use aluminum molds that offer cost-efficient tooling and accelerated manufacturing cycles.
At Renhotec, we have the resources and expertise to produce cast components in iron, steel, aluminum, and copper alloys in sand molds. We can also assist with the simulation of the cast processes and thereby minimize the risk of defects in the finished component.
Renhotec provides metal cutting and bending services for the fabrication of sheet metal parts. The automated cutting processes guarantee high precision and quality of ready parts. All parts can be subject to post-processing upon your request: coatings, heat-treatment, and others.
